The First Charitable
Our life is like a ride on a rollercoaster. Even with its ups and downs, at the end of the journey we all think, “What a thrilling adventure it was.” Wether we believe it or not, every day something new happens to us that fills the box of memories. We chat with our friends and find out some new drama while grabbing coffee, and some of us are the friends that spill the tea. We walk behind our “map” friend and wait until they figure out where to go, and some of us are the ones holding the map. Point is, we discover the world, learn new things, forget the old things, meet new people, fall in love, break up, laugh, cry, do stupid things, travel, eat, drink, and when all is said and done, we go back to these moments and cherish them.
But unfortunately, some of us can never ride the rollercoaster until the end. They live only in childhood. They are the boys with an incurable disease, Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This genetic disorder destroys young muscles, and children with this diagnosis hardly reach adulthood. It spreads mainly among boys and is congenital. Which is why filling their lives with beauty, happiness, and laughter is essential.
Duchenne muscular dystrophy
We started this project for two friends, Misha and Max. The boys are from Kharkiv, Ukraine, and they have also experienced the fight against the syndrome. However, Duchenne muscular dystrophy does not frighten them at all. Together, they went into business like the bosses they are. Now, boys grow tea, package it and sell to raise money for rehabilitation and help their parents.
packaging
nspired by these brave little entrepreneurs, we created a colorful package with a cute character. It symbolizes the joy and carelessness of childhood. There are three flavors of the tea, which correspond to three colors. And each taste has a winter version of the packaging.
to be continued
The Kind Tea is a charitable project in support of all patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This fundraising is for two boys from Ukraine. Let’s do more good deeds together and care for the younger generation. After all, they are our future!
